Gloria Stevenson Davis, 76, of Hicksville, died Thursday, January 10, 2013 at her home.

She was born on November 7, 1936 in Scipio Township, Indiana, the daughter of the late Ted and Dolly (Gustin) Stevenson.

She was a graduate of Woodburn High School.

On August 13, 1955, Gloria was united in marriage with Charles Davis and he survives.

Gloria is also survived by a daughter Linda McMahon of Hicksville; a son Steven Davis of Harlan, Indiana; three grandchildren-Jonathan Ramirez of Arvado, CO, Corey Davis of Ft. Wayne, IN, Jessica Davis of Hicksville, OH; a brother Herbert (Pat) Stevenson of Yellow Springs, OH; longtime friend Anna Marie Hoover of Spencerville, IN and her cats-Scotch and Josie.

She was preceded in death by a son Michael, a brother William and In-laws Herbert and Susie Davis.

Funeral services for Gloria will be Monday at 1:00 at Smith & Brown Funeral Home, Hicksville, with Pastor Clarence Zimmerman officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Scipio Cemetery, Harlan, Indiana.

Memorials may be made to Crippled Children & Adults Society, Shriners, Defiance County Senior Service Auxiliary or Defiance County Humane Society.
